Tanzania is a year-round destination! However, for the Great Migration in the Serengeti, the best time is usually June to October. If you want to see the calving season (thousands of baby wildebeest), January to February is magical. The "Green Season" (April–May) offers lush landscapes and lower prices for those who don't mind a bit of rain.
Most international visitors require a visa. You can obtain a v-Visa (Electronic Visa) online through the official Tanzania Immigration website before you travel, or buy one "on arrival" at Kilimanjaro (JRO) or Dar es Salaam (DAR) airports.
We use specially modified 4x4 Toyota Land Cruisers. Each vehicle features a pop-up roof for 360-degree wildlife viewing, an onboard fridge for cold drinks, charging sockets for your gadgets, and high-frequency long-range radios.
Absolutely. All our guides are native Tanzanians who have grown up in these landscapes. they are fluent in English and Swahili, and are experts in animal behavior, birding, and local culture.
